Tadanori Urushibara is the older brother of Shizuno Urushibara and member of the Urushibara Household. He is also the current Chairman of Akane Academy.

Tadanori resembles his younger sister with short hair and dressed in a suit.
Personality
Differing from his ten siblings, his grandfather had described him as "having no dignified presence" and "looking seedy". Though he has quick wits and is manipulative, having no issues with controlling his younger sister, Shizuno due to her nature as a Black Mage making her train before being admitted into Akane Academy for saviors not taking her own interests or feelings into account.
Tadanori also appears to know about the kind of emotional effect that their family as on her, mentioning that whatever was decided for her was the "families' choice" causing Shizuno to stop her from talking about his choices. He has an obsession for political power, as he desires to use his sister's relationship with Moroha who has the potential to become an S-Rank Savior to get them engaged for his benefit, and it caused him to be stressed when things aren't going as planned for him.
