The Nine-Headed Hydra

The Nine-Headed Hydra is metaphysical that attacked Satsuki Ranjou and Shizuno Urushibara during their outing at the shopping mall, first thought as a one-eyed giant snake that appeared from the ocean. It is a metaphysical that appeared to understand human language since it seemed to understand the challenge of Satsuki after starting its attack on both her and Shizuno. After venturing into the mall, it was revealed to be a nine-headed hydra classified as a dreadnought; notably, all of the nine heads have different numbered eyes starting from 1 to 9.

Once Moroha Haimura arrived in the shopping mall to rescue his friends alone, he started to fight against the dreadnought metaphysical alone, which soon led him to create the Yin-Yang Ancestral Art Kurikara, letting him annihilate the metaphysical.

Being a dreadnought-class, the Nine-Headed Hydra was a powerful metaphysical that even the Striker Unit, which are composed of strong and skilled saviors who has a record of defeating metaphysical couldn't hope to defeat. The Nine-Headed Hydra has shown to possess a certain among of knowledge and understanding of human language as it each of the heads attacked together instead of alone.

Its most noted ability was its Petrification Curse, where it let out a breath that was able to slowly petrify anyone that it touches, however, Shirogane are able to either resist or slow it down through using their prana. Although the most effective method to curing it was killing the Nine-Headed Hydra.
