Kondrat was a former assassin who worked directly under Vasilisa Yuryevna Mostovaya and was later charged with supervising Elena Arshavina during her transfer to Akane Academy until failing in his mission causing him to be "punished" for his failure.

He is a cold and manipulative person not hesitating to control those who are supposed to be his allies, as he controlled Elena making her believe that she had a little brother being held as a hostage and forced all her actions becoming the Man-Eater of Vasilisa Yuryevna Mostovaya, the Head of the Russian Branch.
Kondrat is also quite sadistic as he taunted Elena after she found out the truth causing her to break down to tears to where she didn't want to live anymore. Though under the surface just like all the people and saviors among the Russian Branch, he is terrified of Vasilisa.

Kondrat is a rare Savior whose Ancestral Arts cannot be classified as either White Iron or Dark Art. His particular power involves being able to control others through implanting illusions in their minds at times using a pendant as a catalyst, Kondrat is able to also possess people and animals controlling their bodies, however, he could control a savior if their minds were broken.
