Ancestral Arts

'Ancestral Arts' (源祖の業(アンセスタル・アーツ), Ansesutaru Ātsu, lit. "Art of the Ancestors") is a power of the Saviors separated of Light Art and Dark Art.

Principles

The Ancestral Arts are the classifications of the abilities of saviors, decided into both Light Arts and Dark Arts for the Shirogane or Kuroma respectively. These powers originate from their previous lives but can be used through training in their current incarnations. This is most noted by Satsuki Ranjou who in her previous life as "Sarasha", despite having innate talent and potential, she never realized it since she was never allowed onto the battlefield and it bloomed in her current lifetime.

However, there is a unique case with Moroha Haimura, the Ancient Dragon who is able to use both Light Arts and Dark Arts, which he combines to create the 'Yin Yang' (太極(インヤン), lit. "Yin-Yang Ancestral Arts").
